Elle McSharry is offering a series  Sacred Sound Dojo so named, because she’ll be approaching the practice with a similar respect, levity and spirit as you might find attending a martial arts class—but all dedicated to the natural power and beauty of your voice.

The Sacred Sound Dojo is a safe place to begin to “activate” your voice in a group setting.Using games, spontaneity and some structured exercises participants will get to:

    • discover their natural and authentic voice
    • experience the energetic and spiritual aspects of their voice and breath
    • grow confidence in their speaking and singing
  • bust through creative blocks
  • experiment with different styles of singing and sounding
  • experience harmony, unity and coherence with others
Using games, spontaneity and some structured exercises we’ll experiment with resonance, attunement, harmonics, and coherence as ways to open fields of possibility and joy in support of your intention to live and express yourself more fully.
